Wonderful to work with. Zach problem solved a combo wall oven and microwave unit that the wall oven went bust. He helped us eliminate the possibility of one going bad and having to trash the whole thing again. He's always been honest and does well weighing the cost of fixing an appliance vs purchasing new. Kindness matters and they've got it figured out!

Our 2 year old fridge went out. I called at 11 and they were booked for the day but managed to get Travis out here by 3. He fixed the problem and showed me how to replace the filters.

Right before the 4th of July my whirlpool stand alone ice maker went out. (ONLY 2 years old). These appliances are not cheap. Being on a lake in Ginger Woods - it is vital to have ice. I spoke to Zac and he was amazing. He looked up my model and couldn't get it in fast enough so he recommended a better appliance Kitchenaid. Zac ordered it / got in less than a week and he installed it the very same day. I highly recommend this organization for any appliance orders or repairs. Very nice guy. Took Zac less than 30min to put in.
